Overview

Molly Frommer is a research economist at RTI International in the Center for Health Care Financing and Payment. Her work focuses on the research and development of the Medicare Part C, Part D, and ACA risk adjustment models. She leads the project’s model classification task, involving analysis of ICD-10 coding patterns and evaluation of model predictive ability. Molly joined RTI in 2019 after graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management, where she concentrated in health policy and economics and completed minors in business, global health, and nutrition. Her research interests are in the design and impact of health care payment and insurance systems, and the eVects of incentives in health care markets.
